I am passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives. I work as a Counsellor for a well-known organisation and also in private practice. I have been working in the community sector and providing counselling for over 7 years. I use an integrative approach which includes Trauma Informed Care, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. Importantly, I believe in the person being the expert of their own life and putting them in the driver’s seat. 

I specialise in supporting people from all walks of life specifically with mental health and trauma. My priority is to create a safe and secure environment to develop trust. I also provide support to loved ones, for example when someone in the family is struggling with substance use or mental health issues. 

My goal is to walk by your side and be a part of your journey of finding inner healing and happiness.
