Hello and welcome, my name is Erica Rundle and I’m the owner of She Counselling. In my work with clients I strive to create a professional, empathetic environment that is warm, supportive and relaxed. I believe in the power of being heard, it can be one of the greatest feelings of relief you may ever experience on your counselling journey. I know (personally!) the courage it takes to share your challenges with a stranger so for me, hearing your story is an honour. My approach to counselling is grounded in both ‘text book’ and ‘real life’. I really believe that a blend of both approaches provides clients with a more holistic and empowering experience during therapy. What can be better than feeling not just heard but also understood by someone with similar life experiences to yourself? I am absolutely passionate about Women’s Health and the power of the ‘Sisterhood’. I believe women thrive when surrounded by positive, uplifting, supportive and inspirational women. I believe in the power of self-compassion and the ability to use humour as a ‘medicine’. My style is interactive and goes far beyond ‘talking about your feelings’. I look forward to meeting you!
