The main focus of the 2 days is the unfolding of the group supervisor role. This encompasses learning the tasks of a group supervisor and bringing to your awareness the complexity of the group supervision process. You will be encouraged to experiment and to develop your personal style as a group supervisor.

Dr Alison Strasser is a practising psychotherapist, coach and clinical supervisor. She has been instrumental in creating the existential curriculum for a variety of counselling and psychotherapy trainings in Australia.

Adam McLean is a psychotherapist and counsellor in private practice, a clinical supervisor, educator and trainer with more than 30 years experience. He is a faculty member of the Jansen Newman Institute.
