Dr. Snipes has a PhD in counselor education, has been licensed as a clinical psycotherapist since 2002 and is a qualified clinical supervisor.  Dr. Snipes' courses are approved by the boards for mental health, addictions and rehabilitation counseling, social work and marriage and family therapy throughout the US and Canada.
