Notice of Intention to Submit Complaint

The purpose of this online form is to provide notice of your intention to lodge a complaint. It is not a submission of the complaint itself, which will be done formally throughout the complaints process. Via this form, please submit your details along with a short, concise, overview of your complaint. You will then be contacted and provided opportunity to submit your formal complaint.

The aim of ACA’s complaints process is to afford protection to the public (consumers), counsellors (members) and the reputation of the profession of counselling.

Complaints can be made by a member of the public who has used a service provided by a member of the Association, or by a member of the Association themselves. The Association does not have jurisdiction to deal with complaints against individuals who are not members of the Association.
