I work in a person-centred approach, utilising Trauma Informed Care Practice, and other therapies such as, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Psycho-education. I use modalities geared towards the client’s needs and individual situations, such as, Systemic Family Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Solution Based Practice, use a Holistic approach, Relapse Prevention Therapy, Harm Minimisation Therapy and Psycho-Education. I provide crisis intervention, long and short term therapeutic counselling therapy.
