Hello and Welcome.

I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, with a strong focus on empowering clients to make positive changes towards achieving future goals. I use a blend of Therapeutic tools that allow for pleasant and deep introspection.

Often there may be times when you feel like you simply need someone to listen, to understand, and most importantly to offer objective and qualified guidance. I am non-judgemental and have lived a very rich life, full of ups and downs with many lived experiences of hardship and adversity, that have served me well in my journey towards understanding the importance of maintaining good mental health.

I am a Clinical Supervisor and the Principal Therapist at Lifeforce Hypnotherapy and Counselling based in our Lakeside Clinic at Norwest.

My passion is for helping people through grief and the bereavement process. 

I will meet you on your journey with compassion and understanding, while holding space for healing on your timeline.
