Hi, I'm Sophie and I am great listener and love working with people. I am a trusted and professional Counsellor with a Graduate Diploma in Counselling (Australian College of Applied Psychology). I am also trained in Mental Health First Aid (Mental Health First Aid Australia).

Seeing a counsellor can be a big step, but I hope to provide you with a safe and warm space to begin a journey of opening up. I use an integrative approach to counselling, which means I have an open-minded approach to what you need. I take skills and interventions from multiple types of therapy, tailored to whats needed in that moment.

I work with teens and adults to help resolve problematic behaviours, beliefs, feelings, and relationship issues. I also work well with people experiencing anxiety, grief and adapting to change.
