Using an individualised, person-centered, and humanistic approach, I am a highly experienced counsellor and teacher who has worked with adults, adolescents, and children. I have also worked extensively alongside people living with disability and am passionate about helping support carers and families with their challenging roles.

I use a variety of therapeutic interventions to help those living with trauma, anxiety and depression achieve their goals, increase capacity for meaningful community participation, build better relationships, develop stronger social skills and more effectively manage changes and transitions.

I am now a Australian Regional Health Group (ARHG) provider for the following Health Funds: Police Health Fund, Emergency Services Health, Phoenix Health, St Lukes Health, GMHBA, CUA Health (telehealth only), Teachers Union Health, AIA & Westfund.
