Registered Counsellor Rachel Wilkinson

Rachel is a Psychotherapist supporting individuals, couples, families, and youth from age 10+. As a working parent with over 25 years in the corporate machine, she understands the stresses and challenges of everyday life. She uses holistic and evidence-based techniques to explore your strengths as well as investigate challenges you face daily. She works collaboratively with grief, trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, change, and families navigating separation and divorce in a supportive environment. Rachel works with teenagers, adults, and couples with ADHD, on the Autism Spectrum, as well as queer couples, individuals, and families in a safe non-judgemental space. She is located in two Bayside Psychology Practices as a registered psychotherapist.
