Hello, I'm Linda, pleased to meet you. My intention is to provide you with flexible counselling options and support to help you live your best life.

I have always had a great love of all creatures great and small and a genuine desire to help others as far back as I can remember. 

My personal journey and professional experience of 35 plus years, inspires me to walk beside others as they find their way through those challenging moments life brings along the way.

In brief, I hold a double Diploma in Counselling and Community Service Management, am grounded in mindfulness, behavourial and narrative therapies and am both holistic and person centred in my approach. I also teach and educate within the Community with a primary focus on grief, loss and palliative care.
