Linda is highly experienced in issues of anxiety, self-esteem, negative self-talk, trauma, grief, loss, and separation. She has experiences understanding of institutions such as military/uniformed/prison services/FIFO, church environments and their related issues. Other specialities include working with trauma that violates a personal sense of ethical, moral, spiritual and core beliefs. 

Linda also provides services to women, their partners, and families around peri menopause and menopause, using informed, specialised practice whenever she recognises that these factors might be contributing to disrupted mental health and wellbeing.

Many women are not even aware of what is happening or why, or that their experiences might even be related to this stage of life.
