To meet the specific needs of the client, the counsellor tries his every effort to strike a balance between the flexibility and the strict adherence in practising the case conceptualization methods as well as intervening strategies of different therapeutic approaches. Throughout the years of practice and the learning, the counsellor has a different experience in practising with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Reality Therapy (RT), Satir Model, Bowen Family Systems Therapy, Transactional Analysis (TA) and etc.
