My name is Johanna, I'm a registered counsellor, I have a dip counselling and a bachelor of applied social science (counselling) and currently studying for my masters in science in medicine psychosexual therapy.

I currently have my own practice which I conduct sessions remotely via zoom, skype, power diary or face time. Sometimes if you can't get reach me via phone your either best to send me a text or email, and I will get back to you right away.

The types of therapies that I offer in my practice are walking therapy, Running and Online. The approaches that I use are mainly person-centred and solution-focused therapy, mindfulness therapy. Although it depends on a person situation to determine the right approach to use.
