They experience self-judgment, shame, fear, and at times total lack of self-acceptance. I can help if you feel overwhelmed or beaten down by your own inner critic or isolated by your fear or loss. We'll connect body and mind in the healing process by using somatic, attachment-focused, compassion and mindfulness cetered approaches.
