Terms & Conditions

Payment: To avoid disappointment, ensure you pay for your booking(s) before the registration closing date. Anyone that has not received a confirmation email will not be on the event attendance list and therefore, will not be admitted to the event. All prices are inclusive of GST.

Canvassing: Promotional materials may not be distributed at the conference except by conference sponsors. Delegates violating this policy may be asked to leave the event.

Registration and Payment: Payment in full is required by the conference date in order to attend.

Sharing registrations: One registration may not be utilised by several individuals.

Cancellation: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to ACA Inc via email to accounts@theaca.net.au or by fax +61 7 3356 4255

Refund Policy: 50% will be charged until July 31st, 75% will be charged if after 31st August 2018 and no refunds will be given after this date.
