Bio and Qualifications:

Rachael Lee Harris, founder of Reflective Integration Therapy™, is a registered psychotherapist based in Brisbane, with over 10 years' experience specialising in treating both adults and children with autism spectrum conditions. Her new book, Contemplative Therapy for Clients on the Autism Spectrum – A Reflective Integration Therapy Manual for Psychotherapists and Counsellors, published by Jessica Kingsley Publishers - Europe's foremost publisher of authoritative autism literature - is the first autism specific therapy model ever designed for individuals with high functioning autism.

Rachael is the only psychotherapist in Australia diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome and specialising in the field. Rachael’s passion is to empower people on the autism spectrum through self-awareness. Rachael’s therapeutic practice and philosophies flow out of her 30-year fascination for depth psychology, and her focus on 'meaning making' within the autism community.

Over the years, Rachael has been invited to address numerous stakeholders in autism care, including at major autism conferences, Griffith University's Autism Centre of Excellence, and ABC Radio. Rachael conducts ongoing professional development for therapists working with those on the autism spectrum, as well as offering clinical supervision.
