Negative thoughts can result unstoppable anxieties leading to various level of depressions, directly affect both our emotional and physical health. Maintaining our mental health is just as important as our physical health. Susan offers Coaching, Consulting and Holistic Counselling. She has special interest in Relationship Counselling, Parenting Counselling and Career Coaching. She practises a range of modalities including Person-centred Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution focused Therapy and Positive Psychology. She is also a certified Supervisor who provides clinical supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists.

Susan is an approved SIRA workers Compensation Regulation Provider and also major health funds provider.

Susan speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin other than English.
