Welcome to Healing Phase. I provide individual & relationship counselling (in private practice since 2014).​ I embody the principals of non-violence, relational alchemy & organicity in my work. My broad training, experience & skillset helps me to be flexible in the style & focus of therapy, based on one's individual needs. I help enhance one's capacity for: Containment / self regulation; Mindful exploration of their patterns of experience (i.e., around repeating triggers, themes & issues); Understanding of their behaviour, reactions, tendencies & beliefs; Processing of traumatic material & / or attachment themes; & Enhancing their resources, adaptability & overall functioning.
