Registered Counsellor Mary O'Brien

Counsellor / Psychotherapist specialising in Couple Therapy as well as individual therapy. My training and years spent working as a counsellor evolved from my work in the areas of education, youth welfare, health and personal development, meditation and mindfulness.

I help couples to explore the unhelpful patterns that may have developed ibetween them, to nurture and enhance their relationship, to improve their communication and rediscover intimacy.

I also work with individuals, helping them deal with difficult situations such as grief and loss, relationships, family problems, life transitions such as retirement, illness and stress.
