Our counselling programs focus on evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution Focused Therapy. We are regulated through an inclusive self-regulated model and comply with the highest practice standards as endorsed by the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).
